Not great for everything

I’m not a licensed contractor and do not want to handle large remodels alone again, but I’d gladly help with most any part other than drywall as i am genuinely garbage at it. Also, even though I may have tools for PEX and cabling, I cannot legally deal with moving electrical or water lines.
